The Story of Zachary Robert Charles Caldwell

Zachary Robert Charles Caldwell was born on July 23, 1992, in Manchester, New Hampshire. Raised in the Lakes Region, he attended local schools and graduated from Franklin High School in 2010.

Immediately following his high school graduation, Caldwell entered the United States Army. He dedicated eight years to active military service before receiving his discharge and returning to his hometown of Franklin. During his time in the service, the United States was engaged in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel, which defined the era of his enlistment.

Upon returning to New Hampshire, he spent his time fishing the local rivers and remained a dedicated fan of the New York Yankees and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He passed away on March 11, 2026.
