Paul E. Gosselin, Jr., a native of the Northeast, began a life defined by discipline and achievement early on, earning the rank of Eagle Scout before entering military service. He served in the United States Navy for over 22 years. His service took him and his family across the globe, stationed in various international locations and domestic bases.

During his tenure, Gosselin transitioned from the enlisted or warrant ranks to retire with the distinguished rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CWO3). His specialized skills in the Navy laid the foundation for a secondary 25-year career as a defense contractor with Codem Systems/DRS. While balancing his military and professional obligations, he prioritized higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Following his retirement from both the military and the private defense sector, Gosselin remained a resident of New Hampshire, where he was an active member of the Nashua Symphony Choral Society. He passed away, leaving behind a legacy of nearly five decades of combined service to the United States military and its defense infrastructure.
