Born in Boston, MA on April 5th, 1940, he was one of two children to the later Angelina (Sacco) and George F. Rothwell, Sr. Raised in Boston, he graduated from Boston English High School and had been scouted by Boston University to play hockey.

George served in the U.S. Army, assigned to work as military police. George spanned decades in the technology sector. He was a co-owner of Procare Home Health Senior Services, serving New Hampshire communities and assisting those in need.

In his free time, he enjoyed following SpaceX and space advancements, loved all Boston sports teams, and spending time with his family.
