Born and raised in Nashua, New Hampshire, Andy attended St. Francis Catholic School and Nashua High School. Growing up, he developed a strong work ethic and business sense while working at his family’s business, Moreau’s Market on Broad Street.

In the mid-1960s, Andy entered the United States Army to serve during the Vietnam War. He carried out his duties until his honorable discharge in 1969. Following his military service, he returned to his hometown to begin a long-standing career with the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission, where he managed multiple locations for over three decades until his retirement in 2003.

Beyond his professional life, Andy was deeply involved in the Nashua community. He was a former member of the Spartan’s Drum & Bugle Corps and later served as a Board Member and Director for the Suburbanettes of Hudson. He was also a fixture in local high school sports as a member of the “Friends of Nashua High” Booster Club. A dedicated fan of the Boston Bruins and NASCAR, Andy remained an active member of the Nashua community, including the Leda Lanes 400 club, until his passing.
